Shipping Policy

Yankee Candle delivers orders only within the United States. This shipping policy applies to purchases of scented candles, jar candles, and tumbler candles, home fragrance refills and reed diffusers, car fragrance products, candle accessories, holders, shades, toppers, and tools.

Shipping price

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Sales tax or similar fees may be charged as required by law.

Order timing

Order handling usually takes 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery is generally 4-6 business days. Delivery estimates may change because of carrier volume, holidays, severe weather, or incorrect addresses.

Shipment tracking

A tracking number or tracking link is provided when available from the carrier. Contact customer care if tracking stops updating or the package does not arrive as expected.
